Yeah, I go back and forth, I don't think I'll ever be happy with my vote, even if I went against Druh.

Assuming my math is decent it looks like we're on pace for a 14% voter turnout, new record?

Sorry Fusebox...I was wrong...they did 1 hour of coverage and not 2...guess "The Voice" is more important.

If you are looking at it based on the number of polls reporting remember that the smallest ones (senior's homes for example) report first, just because they can be counted faster.

With all the technology available, its amazing we're still fighting every vote with scrutineers and it takes forever to report the results.

It takes few brain cells to mark an X on a ballot, and even fewer to press a button. Sounds about right to dumb it down even more by removing penmanship skills.

Personally, with all the online coverage and information available couldn't care less if CTV and Global go live. They have their one hour final news hours to wrap up and finish any reporting that needs done.

We had the electronic scanner doomahickey machines out here, when I took my daughter up to vote. I thought the results would be pretty quick because of that but nothing yet.

Does he do that or try to defeat the Conservatives in Alberta with a new party. The time is right for change in Alberta as the WR and PCs would split the right. Im not sure he would win an election while sitting as mayor. People dont react that well to people leaving mid term.

Ok, don't kick a poor guy when he is down.

However, the "testing, testing" and other tech. difficulties when Shaw switched to him made me laugh.

I love the magic of Shaw election night.

Drives me nuts. I have never voted for that train wreck.
Her and all the old people in my ward must be drinking the same kool-aid.

What makes it worse, is that Nenshi has actually publicly came out and supported & recently defended her. Ughhh.

Dislike. Give me slower results on election night as long as there's a written paper trail and every ballot can be validated by scrutineers. The last thing I want is electronic voting.

Fair play to Lord for throwing his hat in the ring when nobody else would. Good for democracy.

Pretty sure he's actually a robot though.
