I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you are crazy bored and have nothing better to do, by all means, but I still have planets to conquer. I forgot how much fun the Knight story line is.

Just hit 55, but there's rarely anyone on when I am these days. Hopefully we can get something going one of these days.

I'm at 48 right now. I had a good pace going, but haven't been able to get on much in the last week or so.

Just finished my 10 days off, so I should be getting back into the regular swing of things pretty quickly here.

Im trying to get more into PvP. As a focus Guardian, it kinda sucks. If I het a healer I'm a terror, but I get slaughtered 1v1.
Anyone have any useful insights or pointers for me? I'm also struggling to find appropriate gear. Gah, PvP in WoW was so freaking easy.

Seems interest in this game has died out. We need a lethal dose of new blood.

^ I haven't been on in about a month. Still like the game just haven't found time with the new addition to the family
There is so many good games out right now that I think some are preoccupied. I am sure people will find their way back

I'm getting way better at PvP now. Even without a healer I have enough survival abilities to withstand an onslaught from most of their team. I will often pop ever cooldown I have and jump into the thick of their group to distract them while my team captures an objective. Just recently I was in a 4v4 best of 3 match and did nearly 200k damage and had all 8 killing blows. I was unstoppable.
One problem, however. I've maxed out my War Zone Commendations. As a level 30, what the hell do I spend them on besides adrenals and medpacs? Im not Valor lvl 40 yet.
Edit: Congrats on the mini Demienz

That's what I do as well.
I have to admit that I jumped on for the double xp this weekend with my Jedi Knight. I love the story line and I love hitting people with a light sabre. But I must be doing something wrong.
I'm on Hoth a world with a level of up to 41. I'm mostly on level 39 missions right now. Because I was so over powered (level 44). I went and loaded up my character with Belsavus level blue mods my guy is still while not dying taking a beating from characters 5 levels below him.
this hasn't happened before, with all of my other characters when I was that far ahead I wasn't taking much damage.
Wondering if Jedi Knights just aren't that cool.

Depends on the A.C. and the talent tree. I dont know much about Sentinels, but I do know that the Focus tree sucks for a long time as a Guardian. I recently converted to Vigilance and I'm rolling faces a lot more in PvP.
Try bringing out a healer and see how you fair. I roll with Kira most the time right now and I dont have many problems. I jump from group to group and there is very little down time.

Any suggestions on making updates for SWTOR work smoothly on my computer? It always gets stuck somewhere and I'd love to not have to go to a friend's house with a portable hard drive to copy the entire game over every time there's a content patch!

I've never had that issue, have you had any other lag issues?
Maybe you need to run the starter repair, I think its located in the geared wheel at the bottom, it cleans it up and makes sure that its the latest startup.
If it still perists submit a trouble ticket, they were pretty good with mine.

The repair option wasn't even available (greyed out) because it clearly had no issues with continuing to do nothing, haha. I ended up just getting the portable hard drive out and getting a copy again.
The game itself runs great otherwise!

So I just got back into SWTOR after moving to a new job and getting talked into it by some co-workers. I feel like a total noob now, so much is different, but 2 things really stand out in a negative light: having to rename all my characters because they were on a decommissioned server really sucks, and having to pay a stupid high fee to transfer my characters over to the server that my friends are on. What an asinine money grab by EA, and the whole Cartel market is really lame too. Makes it feel like some F2P mobile game
I hope the new content is good at least because the changes I noticed first leave a sour taste in my mouth

They dumped a ridiculous amount of money into making this game successful. They thought they'd make it back in monthly subs as people fawned over the awesome voice acting and Star Wars sound effects. They didn't. Not only did they not, they barely made a dent in what they spent. So now they will nickle and dime in every way they can to recoup their loss.

Wow. It took Blaster86 over 5 hours to jump on an opportunity to crap on SWTOR.
That's like Sureloss taking over 5 hours to report a major Flames signing.

If you think I need someone else saying something to justify explaining why SWtoR was a terrible game then I have obviously let things slip and must re-double my efforts.
