I think they gambled first, then just made up superstitions to stupidly justify it.

Overheard this at work today
Mark : Hey, how about those Flames. 4 and 0. They're my A-team this year.
Warren: Yeah. They got 2 of our best guys and they're doing great.
Mark : Olli and Bouw, they deserve to be on a team like that.
Warren: Yeah. I think they'll go all the way this time. Why shouldn't they?
Mark : Yup I'd put money on it.
Warren : Yeah they give me a reason to start watching hockey again. I know missdpuck loves them, she's got the sticker on her truck.
Well, maybe they're bandwagonners but it's nice to hear.
And the several of the folks on the Cats blog defected to the Flames game. They're like, "Jay is 4 and 0! Like he didnt know what he was doing! "

Why do you have such an issue with my sticker? Is it because it's not a Sens sticker?
I have a hockey puck "stuck" in the side window too. I'd put it on the back window but that has to be rolled down to drop the tailgate

I have tried every last damn trick I've been given to housetrain my dog, and he just isn't getting it, and I don't know what else to do. I adore this dog to pieces, but I just don't know how else to get through to him.

I think a major part of the problem is that I don't have a daily schedule. Half of the week I work evenings, and the other half I work mornings. I keep seeing suggestions of taking him out at 7:30, then around lunchtime, feed him dinner and take him out around 5, then take him out again before bed, 11 or so.
The 7:30 and 11 always works. But half of the week I'm not home for a lunchtime visit outside, and the other half of the week I'm not home for a 5 pm/dinnertime visit outside. My life isn't set on a typical 9-5 m-f schedule, and all the routines I've seen are based around that, or on a family that always has someone at home, etc, and those just don't work for me.
