If this is wearing you out, maybe time to make a ‘Comments on every point Matthew Tkachuk gets this year’ thread. It will be nice and peaceful in there, and based on his GAF meter, looks like it may stay that way

It’s something worth talking about.
The Flames had a garbage season, and traded away a player who requested a trade because of lack of opportunity. He gets the opportunity, and he’s thriving.

Barkov was on the ice. Benny had the shift off because of his PK duties.

Bennett scored on his own net and then took a 5 minute major for slashing his own goaltender.

All the posts complaining about this thread and telling people to "move on" are starting to become unreadable, and way more annoying than the Bennett updates which I don't mind since I don't watch Panthers games.
If you're unbothered and have "moved on", then why are you guys clicking the thread with his name on it, especially in the middle of a Panthers game?

For all the talk about McDavid and Matthews, you gotta wonder if Barkov is having a Hart caliber season. Just seems to score effortlessly and of course he's a great 200 foot player.

LOL, y'all are just finally getting to see in Barkov what I've been watching for years. All I can say is: Enjoy the show.
Sometimes I wish he was a little more passionate when the team needs a boost, but it's just not his style. He's very cerebral and stoic. It's also his strength at times as well.
