Robben could have passed to the open player on the left.

Denmark has come on here at the end of the half. Sloppy defense by both sides at times. Should be a great second half

If the Dutch had scored on even a normal amount of their chances, this game would be about 6-1.

Robben's an awfully frustrating player to watch. In the Champion's League final and today.

What an effort by Denmark. A little luck, a lot of effort. Entertaining game to watch

I never really watch soccer, but I'm guessing those 2 missed hand ball calls were kind of big?

Dear soccer pundits: If you insist on calling a grouping a 'group of death', you can not then describe as 'shocker' when one team defeats another in said group.

Seems really selfish IMO. Shooting instead of passing for better chances; twice by my count.

That was hard to take. The response to that result by the Dutch team is going to go one of two ways, and by the way they played that last 10 minutes in their own end I don't think it is going to be good.

Well that about does it for the Dutch coasting in this tournament now. If they are going to progress, they'll probably have to beat Portugal and Germany now.

And I agree GS, it's not a shocker. Denmark is a very capable side. The only positive I take from this morning's game is that Agger was an absolute beast in defence.

And he had a couple of chances to shoot himself and he passed it off to nobody.
Never seems to make the right decision.

There are 16 in the pool. Here are all the selections.

If there are any mistakes, let me know.

*picking Holland to win it all does not count as a mistake

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holland

Holland is a region in the western part of the Netherlands. The term Holland is also frequently used as a pars pro toto to refer to the whole of the Netherlands. This usage is generally accepted but disliked by Dutch people in the other parts of the Netherlands.[1]

Bad, bad challenge. Could have been a red if the ref was in the mood
