So nice being in West Maui. At least the games are on TNT/ESPN without the homer commentators. So therapeutic being away from Edmonton this time of year. If the game is pissing me off, I just go snorkeling with turtles or grill up some ahi or steaks. Find some joy away from hockey until our Flames give us a reason to give a #####.
This is out of our control (unless you believe in voodoo) so let the chips fall where they may. Vegas seems to play a bit better with their backs against a wall. If not, let the Coilers have lots of days off to lose their mojo like last season during the All Star break.

With the grease pig medical staff, I suppose anything is possible.
I heard that this is surgery and not recovery until after the season starts in the fall. If he is able to play because he has recovered enough, then he will be shot up with painkillers so much that he risks further setbacks.
“Light” skating is not playing in the playoffs.
But hey it’s just a rumour that I was given! YMMV!

I'd like to see Knights come out and score a couple of goals and not sit back. Come out in the second, score a couple and not sit back. Come out in the third and score a couple of goals to finish the game? Win one period at a time?

Win a shift at a time, what a horrific effort in a big game.

TBH. their fans would be happy if those bums can win one shift base on the effort they've put in the last game.

Vegas has lost all confidence. I predict a drubbing.
6-1 oilers. Mcdavid with a 4 point night.

4-2 Vegas in a game they probably should and likely will lose because nothing makes sense anymore and because it will falsely get our hopes up before they get crushed in game 6

Vegas plays with urgency tonight with the season on the line. 5-2 Knights. Then back to Edmonton where the pressure is on. I can't see Vegas winning 3 in a row, but if they can somehow pull off the upset in Edmonton all the momentum is with them at home.
Either way just have Dallas finish the Jets tomorrow so they can be well rested.

Expecting Vegas to lose the series, but if they can drag it out the full distance and have the Coil play a game or two longer than Dallas that would be nice, especially after all the rest days they got after the season and round 1.

I have lost all faith in Vegas so am expecting elimination tonight, unfortunately. Would love for them to keep the series going, at least to bang up the oilers as much as possible and prevent another couple of days rest.
Stone being injured, McNabb being likely injured after the can opener by little pig Arviddson, no Saad, maybe Dorofeyev was rushed back and isn't 100%.... VGK has probably been playing with a lot of injuries to key players. No excuse as every team has them, but hasn't helped.
I think the grease pigs learned from overplaying the McPP twins in previous years all season. Both had boo-boos late in the year, so they basically rested them for a longer period of time than necessary. They are a fresher team for the playoffs as a result. Then add in cheater fake LTIR Kane for the playoff run... The oilers are fresher than some of the other teams where it counts. Plus I'm not seeing McDiver and Pissy getting punished and hit as much as they should be.

I think the reason they could go all the way to SC final last season was that none of the teams they faced in the west conference was physically punishing on the Grease Pigs twins.

Yup no confidence in Vegas. They’re done. Putting some money down on EDM so the night won’t be a total disappointment.

If anyone can choke away a 3-1 series lead, it's the Oilers.
Of course they are very fortunate that Stone is out.
I miss the old playoff format of best against worst seeds right through to the final.
