I liked the first episode of Strange New World. Seems like they are back to classic trek for the most part.

I liked SNW a lot. Way, way better than picard or discovery. Ready to get hurt again.

Watched SNW, and had to count the producers. 22! Unreal. I think Picard had 17.


Anyway, it was better than any recent Trek, so I'm happy about that. Had a few PTSD moments when they mention events of Discovery.

It kind of helps that the captain of this show also has PTSD about discovery...

I didn’t mind a few mentions cause, either I had mentally blocked out some things or was just confused about why Pike was in that funk. I thought the “it’s classified” stuff was him being coy, forgot about the Discovery events.

No wonder the industry wants to keep as much Star Trek on air as humanly possible, it must be paying half of Hollywood Producer money.

Another good Star Trek-y episode. Makes me wonder what the difference is between who is writing for Picard and Discovery and SNWs. Like, why is this good and the others bad?

I was blocked by Star Trek's official Twitter account @StarTrekonPPlus. Pretty sure I've never even spoken about Star Trek on Twitter. I'm pretty sure I've never been blocked by anyone before, either. It has to be a regional thing?

All I wanted to do was confirm which night SNW airs, lol.

To be fair, I think the Enterprise D was more equitable with all the crew quarters. All of cabins on Pike’s Enterprise are probably like broom closets to make up for his suite.
