In an effort to make the tournament look less gimmicky, they slap HD cameras onto the refs' helmets.

Supercans, which iirc are a bit cheaper than draft beer, are 16oz. So I believe that the cups you get from the regular concessions are 20oz.
However, and correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the magnetic bottom fill cups smaller too? I think it is just the standard cups that are 20oz.

The first tie-breaker is ROW. The second is just Regulation wins. Either of those would only come into play if one of the games ends in a shootout or OT.
If TNA wins in OT/SO, Sweden would get a point for an OTL, so there wouldn't be a 3-way tie anymore. The only way there could be a 3-way tie where OT games come into play would be if TNA wins in regulation and Russia wins in OT/SO. In that situation, TNA would get first in the Group by virtue of winning the head-to-head with Sweden. Sweden would get second and Russia would be third.
If TNA and Russia both win in regulation, then the first two tie breakers would be skipped, and goal differential would be the tie-breaker. Right now, after two games, the goal differentials are: Sweden +3; TNA +2; Russia Even. A minimum one goal win for TNA would move them to a +3 and Sweden to a +2. Sweden's fate would be determined by Russia's margin of victory over Finland. If Russia and Sweden finish with a tied goal differential, Sweden would win the tie-breaker by virtue of winning the head-to-head.
What that all boils down to is: If TNA beats Sweden in regulation, they're in the playoff round. If they lose to Sweden (or even win in OT/SO), they'll need Finland to beat Russia in regulation to have a chance.

3 Minute video of Nathan MacKinnon mic'd up from last game. Has a couple words with Johnny after they put one home on the powerplay.
Also you can hear the Powerplay coach during their timeout in the last minute of the game and he tells his goldenboy mcdavid and the rest of the unit to get the puck to Johnny because "he's a feeder".
Pretty funny how that didn't become the game plan until the last 90 seconds of the game. Maybe they've learned for the game today at 1PM against Sweden... hopefully.

MacKinnon's a smart kid. You can tell he knows his team's individual strengths, seemingly better than the coach does. Aka let Johnny distribute the damn puck on the PP.
I like that the McLellan is leaning on the guys with little to no NHL experience in key situations, against NHL vets. Sound game plan. Hope he adjusts and learns today to give his team the best chance to win against arguably the most difficult opponent yet.

I am hearing things or does Johnny say something along the lines of "that's what happens when they put us on the power play" after that second goal?

Why the heck is he calling Jack Eichel "Joe"? Looks like Eichel doesn't even realize he's talking to him.

I wonder who he was talking about when he was complaining about having to get a forward off?

I think it was just "That's a powerplay!" Complementing the unit, not necessarily making a comparison to the previous one.

I honestly can't wait until this sideshow is over and they can get back to what matters. This thing feels like a big waste of time to me.

Finland is out, true, but I disagree that they didn't look "competitive" against Sweden. Lundqvist had a 36-save 1-0 shutout. It was an even game against a team that's going to advance.

They got up for their rival Sweden in what was essentially an elimination game. They were terrible against TNA. Now they have nothing to play for (and a lot to lose if someone gets hurt). They will play soft. Heck, they might sit some guys - vets or stars. I imagine Kevin gets in (play smart Kevin!).
