Its funny with the new format, because Iggy and Layton will be facing off one on one I think.
Their policies are right close so I don't know how they can debate on platform, neither has been in government so there's nothing in the way of scandals to poke at.
I think this is the woman's wrestler part of the show.

CBC's ads said TV/Online/Radio, so you have multiple options to tune in with.

I would think that most Canadian news networks would stream it.
I'm sure CBC will have it on.
the painful thing now for us is that the french debate is on tommorrow night, thats four hours of political discourse in two nights.
The painful thing for the candidates is that they don't have a lot of time to restrategize for tommorrow night.

Wait a second. People are actually surprised that a government run stimulus program put money where it wasn't needed?
Some of you ought to wake up and smell the roses.
Seriously.

There are no republicans in this election. Why are you here?
Also the G8 fund is a stimulus program?

Not as amusing as you drooling over the Republicans.
If they ran up here in Canada the Greens would hand them their ass.

Both debates are on T.V.
I'm assuming that the late game in Vancouver won't be effected by CBC's coverage of the french debate.

Why are you even bothering to watch it? No matter what happens, you will be on here the next day gleefully proclaiming a Liberal victory.

Wouldn't they have to film the Ignatieff parts of the debates with a cellphone camera and have a book about hot air balloon history behind him?
Actually that would be hilarious if Harper and Layton were filmed in clear hi def, and Ignatieff in fuzzy cellphone.

hahaha. Holy bad production values Batman!
That was probably the lowest point in liberal history. and Harper still couldn't get a majority.....
Just step down, take those dbag reform party members with you and hopefully the conservatives can run a candidate that might have a chance at a majority.

That point occurred after the election had taken place, not before.

The point still stands. Harper was still facing off against Dion and still couldn't pull it off.

You're about as undecided as chemgear in the RE thread.
I've never seen such one-sided indecision.

That was one of the things that really made me start hating politics. I knew that it usually came down to money (ie. the party that raises more money and spend more money typically has a leg up as they can advertise more), but when people started blasting the production quality of a video and that the person speaking didn't have charisma, it was obvious that the American Idol generation was now in firm control.

Look at it this way: The Liberals and the NDP banded together and said that Stephen Harper wasn't fit to be the leader of this country and the leader of this proposed coalition couldn't even get a simple video right? The video was late, Dion was out of focus and the entire thing had a very amateur feel to it. If they couldn't even get that right then it doesn't reflect very well on them.
