Sad news. He was a very funny guy, and he was terrific on Curb.
I didn’t see any post or pre-episode memorials on tonight’s Curb, but he was featured pretty prominently in the episode which was nice. Probably just coincidence though, consider the storyline.
Groundbreaking Canadian jazz musician Elanor Collins passed away at age 104.
She was the first black artist to have her own national TV series, as well as the first women in Canada to host one.
I think she had a really great voice. I won't pretend that I am well informed on the Jazz singer scene, I have a lot of respect for people who break barriers like she did.

Oof, this one sucks. I have a rather large collection of Dragon Quest Plush and Metallic Monsters in my office so safe to say, I enjoyed his creations a lot.
I did an entire Dragonball and Dragonball Z marathon last summer just to say I watched every episode. Even started on Dragonball Super (although I just needed a break after the second episode). SO damn good, but dang... that was a lot of TV haha. The evolution of Vegeta as a person over the course of Z was the best part, IMO.
Toriyama's work on Chrono Trigger as well... my god that man was talented.
Steve Harley of the Cockney Rebel has passed, probably unknown to anyone who isnt in the late 50's and British but huge in the Glam rock scene in the early 70's
