With one hour to the deadline, Vegas and Ottawa were working hard on a Mark Stone deal. Nashville was in there, too, and I think Calgary circled back. But the Golden Knights appeared to be the favourites. Let's see.

Take a look at the Flames schedule. They play almost every game on home ice in March, and already have a 3 point lead on SJ with a game in hand and they hold the first tie-breaker. It's a very good bet that the Flames will win the Division.
