Vegas fans have experienced pretty much all the emotions you can as a hockey fan, except for one; home ice disappointment.

Pretty even period for the most part, but I think the Caps had the better chances. The Knights can't seem to get their speed game going due to the Caps' suffocating defence, and they look frustrated as a result.

If the Caps win the cup, it will be hilarious to see Ovi in the White House. The capital, and country, literally being run by Russians!
Meanwhile, sports with more dominant American-born player representation don’t even show up. We’ll see if Smith-Pelly’s attitude is shared by others, whichever team ultimately wins.
