He was having a rantfest today in Iowa. Saw where he decided to disparage the US military...again, then complain about flies and not being able to buy flypaper anymore. So totally normal day.
He did post about the judge on social media, apparently likened her to a trump hating monkey.
Oh and he offered to go to jail to save democracy.

He said he’s willing to go to prison to save American democracy.
I, too, am willing for Trump to go to prison.

Let Newsom off the leash. He would destroy Trump in the debates (if Trump agreed to them, which he probably wouldn't) and in the general. Young(ish), good looking, well spoken with a strong track record. The guy is a shoe in.

Why not? He’s run California into the ground might as well do the entire country while he’s at it.
Trump would boss him like he was on a leash in debate.

Debates are irrelevant to Trump. I don't think Newsome is the guy regardless. He'd be seen as an elite Californian by the states that matter.

Hard not to smirk a bit when thinking how he's going to take that.

The economy of California has gone from 2,729 billion on his election prior to Covid to 2,874 billion last year, it has wholly and utterly recovered from Covid and is back growing at around 6 or 7% a year, as a state it has gone from being the 5th largest economy in the world to the 4th
The problem with you right wingers is you dont give a tinkers about the economy, you waste your time obsessing about a few hundred trans kids, the downfall of the US will be due to the rights abrogation of common sense

If you like sky high cost of living , insane taxes, off the chart crime, and homeless California is the state for you enjoy it. I know you have a soft spot for those types.

And yet the population of California is nearly that of all of Canada and the highest in all US states. Can’t really argue with that.

Taxes seem high, looks to be 7th highest in the country. Top 6 are all Republican states.
Crime rate looks as though they around the middle of the pack. Almost all of the top crime rate states are Republican.
Seems like a decent place to live. I'd take it over almost any Republican-run state, without a doubt.

He also said he would be rushing to lead the line of defense in a school shooting. The dude lives in his own little Ben Garrison cartoon.

Well the alternative is a really low cost of living and almost zero taxes because it's some broke arse red state, the average income in the blue states is twice the money you get in the south, of course there is homelessness, sad undereducated under employed poor from the south and Midwest desperately try to find work in the democratic booming economies of the Pacific and East Coast.
The cost of one house in Cali' will buy you 5 or 6 in the south, that isn't because the south is booming, broke people cant pay taxes, buy decent food or pay much for the double wide trailer they and their cousin and 8 kids live in, crime on the other hand, as always, is rampant in the poorer states
