Until McCarthy develops NFL calibre throwing mechanics, he’s going to be very limited. He needs to get rid of his ridiculous windup motion and focus on getting the ball effortlessly out of his hand. He’s got the mentality of a successful NFL player but throws like a baseball player.

Jesus Christ that is so bad by McCarthy. Addison has a full step and he underthrows him by five yards.

Jacksonville blew a 19 point 4th quarter lead last week. Can they blow a 22 point one this week?

Jameis at least makes it compelling, Russ is just bad and uninteresting.

Denver wins the AFC West with a win today. Chiefs would also be eliminated from the playoffs for all intents and purposes too. So it's an important game for both teams. I predict Nix has his best game of the year today.

Speaking of coaches on a hot seat. Raheem Morris has to getting some burns on his arse here. Might get turfed this week.

Between red zone field goals and the Chiefs whistle I think Denver's in for a tough game today

Once Wilson's cap hit is off for the Broncos, and they spend some money on receivers that can catch the ball, it's over.

Seahawks Rams is kind of confirming my suspicions about the Hawks offense... if they can run the ball they're fine, but they've played in all these weird games that you can't really take that much away from and it's disguised the fact that it's not as solid an operation as it might seem. Week 1 you throw out regardless, week 2 the game turned on a wacky special teams play (kickin' touchdowns), week 3 was over in the first quarter, week 4 looks close on the scoreboard but it was a blowout for 3 quarters, week 5 the offense looked good but in a strange back and forth affair that looked nothing like the tight low scoring games the team has mostly played, week 6 was ok but the offense was meh, week 7 they get up big early against a team that can't score and hold on, then the last two games have been over early in the 2nd quarter again.

Basically the team has rarely had to play 4 quarters of football. Even the close games haven't been close throughout, other than the Bucs one and that one was weird for other reasons. I think the team is good and the defense is great, but the Rams are great at everything, and that's what today looks like.

I missed the 1st quarter so obviously that's where the Rams did their damage but...

These teams both look really good and even with each other.
