as skeptical as I am about Sesko, but the meltdown among Newcastle fans is more than worth it. I get it, their summer has been brutal, but they've completely lost it ... lots of conspiracies out there, calling the big six "the cartel clubs" who are obviously conspiring against them, together with player agents, journalists and so on.
and to add insult, The Telegraph is reporting that they are now eyeing Nicolas Jackson after seemingly missing out on Sesko.

I can see why they’re not happy, but I have no sympathy for a club running in national team kits and a bankroll from Saudi Arabia. That said, they might have dodged a bullet in Sesko, and they also signed Elanga who’s pretty solid.

Elanga is a slightly less terrible signing than Kudus or Madueke for similar money, I'll give them that.

well well well, looks like United have found some cash behind the sofa. Doubt Brighton will sell, but at least this confirms they still want to bring in a midfielder. Baleba is the right profile too.

I'm surprised some EPL team hasn't went after Davide Frattesi.
25 years old, shows flashes of immense potential for Inter, and wouldn't cost as much as some of these other rumored purchases.
I personally think he'd be a perfect fit for EPL.
