If they cream the Giants it likely won't have anything to do with them being lucky.

May have to do with them cheating but unlikely luck has them cream the Giants.

Now in a close game luck very much could come into play.

I find a lot of it comes from certain teams only.....like the Eagles/Cowboys for example.

With NE.....I don't think too many people have a problem with Brady. It's the arrogant coach that people can't stand.

Is anyone as tired of the "Dream Team" BS as I am?

Yeah, the Eagles should have immediately disavowed the phrase, but it was said by a recently signed, potentially unbalanced back up quarterback and got blown up way out of proportion.

More then one player said things like that.

The reason why Ravens kicker Billy Cundiff was rushing onto the field before he missed the last-minute game-tying field goal was confusion on the sideline, linebacker Terrell Suggs said on ESPN's First Take.
Quote:
The Ravens thought it was third down -- and not fourth down -- which forced Cundiff to run from one end of the field. He then missed a 32-yard field goal that would have tied the AFC championship game with 11 seconds remaining.
Thanks Suggs for making my day too, calling Skip Bayless a d-bag on live national TV was downright hilarious.

The Harbaugh should've called a timeout. Completely gaffe by the entire team.

It is fair to say that both the Pats and Giants are lucky to be playing in the SB, they got in on their opponents' mistake and not entirely on the merits of their own play.

However, I think the Giants are luckier in this regard. Fumble and fumble recovery have a high level of luck involved which was how the Giants won. The Pats got in by a non-catch. But a non-catch is a non-catch no matter how close the catch could have been.

So I predict a Pats win two weeks from now.

I have no idea what was said above in that segment because Skip is moron, but here is a video of him calling a d-bag.

The good stuff starts around 25 second mark, I have no clue how many times Suggs has owned that moron but about time he called him a d-bag.

These 7 year old 49ers fan shows he is bigger than all those jackasses who uttered death threats @ Willams on Sunday.

Ummm, excuse me? Did you watch the game? Have you ever played the game? Even touch in the park?

The first Williams fumble that grazed his knee was lucky, but the one in OT was nothing about luck. That was a textbook strip. And Thomas's recovery isn't about luck either, it's about effective tackle support and swarming to the ball. Calling that play lucky is ridiculous.

Kyle Williams' Agent says that the youngster will be getting Williams' jersey and an autographed pic.

So far Gronkowski hasn't been able to practice, although I didn't see if he did today or not.

It would seem it's not as bad as the sprain Markice Pouncey suffered last year, but at less than 100% it's a significant injury.

I wonder if the Giants defensive game plan will revolve around getting help on Hernandez, Welker, and Branch, and see how limiting that injury to Gronkowski really is. If Gronkowski isn't healthy...I'm not liking this matchup for the Patriots.
