I believe in the Jays.

Yeesh, what a struggle. The confidence has dried up and just can’t score with any consistency against these teams packing in and defending.

Klopp is an outstanding coach, but he's also amongst the sorest losers I've ever seen.

Not just Klopp, but the passive-aggressive "Here's a bunch of excuses, but no excuses at the end" approach always makes me laugh.

Called it along time ago, the honeymoon is long over. He’s a bitter, rude, jaded man.
And now? Well he needs to.
He’s writing the script for the 17th, when his patchwork defense over-lunges into a tackle, and wants the ref to second guess, calling that PK.

Klopp confirming what we all knew.
Since VAR had come in and penalties are more scrutinized United have had more.
Confirming that pre VAR when there was less due diligence and scrutiny United were denied an inexcusable amount of penalties.

Lol, I thought that I had seen the most ridiculous VAR decisions in the past, but that one to take the goal from Brentford might take the cake. Hilariously stupid.

I thought they weren't using VAR in the Cariboo Cup? Or was that only until this round?

Which of course is dumb as ####. Either use it all the time or not at all.

They need to call the Manchester semi off tonight. It's obvious that Covid isn't controlled in the City first team squad.
Either that or make them do what Derby are voluntarily doing for Saturday's FA cup following their outbreak. Isolating the entire first team and sending the U23/U18s.
I hope Utd are under strict instructions to forego any pre/post game handshakes etc. This is just silly.

How many City players are out? They played Chelsea this past weekend and things seemed OK?

It's not about the number of players. It's that they're continuing to test positive with two more players and one staff coming back positive today indicating that they haven't got this thing under control as it pertains to the first team squad.
It's an unit that is currently undergoing an outbreak. An outbreak with fresh positives at every testing. They need to be isolated.
Think about it. Every city player out there tonight has been in contact with at least eight to ten people that has recently tested positive. What other part of society would it be a good idea to allow them to mix outside their bubble?
It's reckless.

I'm just asking because I don't follow the goings on of Abu Dhabi FC. I knew they had a game postponed last week or the week before, but I don't keep track and didn't see anything that jumped out in my internet travels.

0.8/10 on that dive. Like at least try and initiate contact so it doesn't look so bad.

U23s would have beat that lot tonight. Dominated.
I'm more annoyed for the likes of van de Beek that had to sit and watch the midfield get dominated.
And now he brings him on. Insulting.
