I ended up losing a bunch of weight back in 2010 and 2011. I ate way healthier and ended up exercising for the first time in my life. Yeah, so much for that last year as I went back into my old habits of being a fat slob. So basically I went to lose all that damn weight I gained last year.

Had an idea!
|
I did 463 miles on the bike last year, mostly outdoor on trails and gravel roads, and I want to hit a minimum of 1000 miles this year, and hopefully more.
Play more guitar.
Read more books.

Everyday should be a New Years Resolution... if you keep depending on a new year to start your lifestyle change, it's inevitable that people will quit... and use the excuse of saying 'I'll start fresh next year again'... it's a sad cycle.

That's true. Basically people think that New Year's resolutions HAVE to start on January 1st or else it's pretty much useless.

Travel more. Last couple years have been amazing with trips to Italy, Greece, Turkey, Belize, New York and Arizona. Big part of that was getting over my fear of flying.
I want to visit England, Ireland and hopefully start planning an Aussie trip this year.
