Season 2 is almost flawless. Also the last time Chuck had a full budget t it's disposal and the security of a full order of episodes. I can watch any episode from that season and walk away impressed.

I don't know where they can go after they get rid of Volkov and save Chuck's mom, it kind of wraps everything up for the happy ending Awesome Ellie baby, Casey with his daughter, Chuck marrying his dream girl. All we need is Jeffster signing a record deal and Grimes becoming a full time analyst/spy.
I think there is no reason for another season.

There are plenty of reasons, particularly: more Chuck.
For a show like Chuck, I don't think they need that heavy story arc for a season, sure every season has had a major arc (Fulcrum, the Ring, Volkov, etc.) but each episode they could have it's own mission and then have the major arc be less prominent. Something like what the show "Undercovers" is like, but where that show fails (comedy, action, etc.) it does present itself in a new mission every week and has been mildly entertaining. With Chuck's action and comedy, a season like that where every episode takes place as a new mission would be awesome IMO.
Then again, for that to happen their budget would have to be more than $12 an episode.

Was switching like mad between the game and Chuck tonight. Very strong episode and loved the ending.
Josh Schwartz tweeted earlier this week that the last 10 minutes of the last episode, are the best Chuck has ever produced. Promo makes it look like it will live up to the hype!
Chuck yeah!

I still don't trust Chucks mom.
And I felt really bad when I laughed at the Casey fall.

A good episode. I can't wait until Volkov is burned...so exciting!!
I think this season will be like season 3 where there is a finale mid-way, next episode, as the back 11 were ordered later. *Mild spoiler* Reading the wiki descriptions, that's what it sounds like anyway.
There won't be a break between ep. 13 and 14, (where the new order would begin) so hopefully the rest (12 eps.) are all shown without a month break.

This next episode is getting an insane amount of hype from the people involved in the show and some critics that have talked to or seen it already. The last 10 minutes is the phrase that keeps getting repeated. Can't wait!

Tonight is the night! The initial season premiere! Ausiello said that he'd be more then happy if this was the series finale of Chuck, but he's glad it's not! The episode was that good.
Can't wait for 9PM today. We shall see if it lives up to the hype

I didn't like it much to be honest, the ending was ok, but they once again easily dismantled the big bad.
They did it last year when they arrested the senior membership, a bunch of freaking people that we had never seen before and they surrendered in about 2 seconds flat.
This time Volkoff walks into a plan that I'm sorry to say I even saw coming about 15 minutes into the episode.
I like the characters in chuck, but the CIA side of the plot has really become kinda lame.
If your going to have supervillians, make them credible, not disposable yeoman types practically walking around in red uniforms stumbling into really stupid traps.
If I want to watch Whyl E Coyote walk off a cliff with a safe in his hands I'll watch Cartoons.
This season has been really on and off to me.
This was an ok first half but the only thing that saved it was Jeffster.
And thats not enough.

Well, last nights episode is officially my favorite.
Seriously, that episode was epic and that is without Sarah being completely and utterly sexy.

I thought it was ok, Beckman was a lot of fun, and it was a bit of a Casey Centric episode which was good.
There was a really nicely done moment in the end when Casey saw his X was happy and quietly said "Good for you" and did the man smile.
To me, I get that last weeks episode was suppossed to be the expected series finale so they got rid of Volkoff and his evil organization. But suddenly I just feel like the next few episodes are going to be all cutesy with the wedding and the baby, finishing off Casey and Grimes's story line. They'll have the wedding and that will be it.
Fulcrum, the Ring, then Volkoff were the escalating baddies, but they never took full advantage of those story lines, so I feel a little ripped off in that kind of sense.

Volkoff will be back, that story line is far from over. To go along with that, I think this episode really set up an emphasis on the Sarah Walker back story which should play a big part in this second half. A lot of mythology and a better look into her past.

Glad to have another Chuck fan on board! The consensus among most Chuck fans is S2 was the best season the show has produced, but outside of a few Brandon Routh acting farts, Season 3 was great.

I've really liked the past 2 episodes. Back to old school Chuck in my opinion with a new mission every week, something like Season 2. Really hoping the season keeps going at a strong pace, still got 9 episodes to go this season. Hopefully the next few episodes are as strong as the last 2 (in my opinion) and it gets picked up for a 5th season.

Sarah's a sleeper agent I think, but I'm not sure if its Chuck's dad that put that coding in there or if it was the agency.
I like how Volkoffs daughter is now screaming for vengence.
What I don't like is that they're pushing the product placement stuff a little too hard, they've done it with cars and the subway sandwich thing last night was entirely painfull.
