Why don't you have a seat right over there.
What were your plans here today?
maybe order a double cheezeburger? maybe some fries?
you just wanted to talk, with her?
do you know how old she is?
did you bring any condiments with you, today?

I don't necessarily think McDs is the best, I prefer flame broiled myself, but they sure as hell are the cheapest and as such get my business most often. 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a small fries for less than $5. In the summer, add a pop to that for an extra buck.
Also the one near me is 24hrs and since McDs is usually pretty steady the food is generally somewhat fresh. If I ever get A&W after about 730 it tastes like the fries have been sitting out all night.

In the summer I like to buy ice cream on occasion, and I prefer to drive-thru at McD's and get a McFlurry because it costs less than Blizzards at DQ. As for the food, I never eat it anymore partly because I came to the realization that a Little Ceasar's pizza costs $5.25 and is a lot more food than $5.25 worth of McD's. Also prefer a footlong from Subway that's like $6.30 or whatever it is.
Lot of days during uni last year I'd just pick up a hot n' ready at lunch, and that'd be all I need for the rest of the day. My ADD meds kill most of my appetite anyways.

Me too on both counts. A few months ago I was in Minneapolis and went to Fuddruckers. Amazing as usual though sadly they were out of the Jalapeno Cheese.

That song is really good. I've listened to it dozens of times, and never put it together.
Thanks.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2010-0...4-billion.html Burger King was recently bought by 3 billionaires from Brazil. Interesting in the article how it states :
The chain’s sales growth has slowed for two straight years as consumers ate out less during the U.S. economic slump. Burger King, which trails only McDonald’s Corp. in the U.S., has seen a slower recovery than its larger rival as its clientele suffered more from the recession, said Tom Forte, an analyst at New York- based Telsey Advisory Group.
“Burger King’s heavy user -- young, male, and more likely to be a minority -- has had a higher rate of unemployment than the McDonald’s consumer,” Forte said in a telephone interview.
I also heard that they are going to try to fix up their promotions and instead of having them run for months on end they will strive for weeks on end and earlier this month announced "catch up" plans for breakfast... http://www.postandcourier.com/news/2...nto-breakfast/
Burger King is introducing nine new breakfast items, including blueberry biscuits and pancake platters, and planning a major breakfast marketing blitz, all with an eye toward eating up some of McDonald's morning business. Breakfast accounts for about 12 percent of Burger King revenue, while McDonald's gets one-fourth of its revenue from breakfast

Happy Meal does not decompose:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/1..._n_761364.html
Sally Davies, a New York-based photographer -- and decades-long vegetarian -- took a McDonald's Happy Meal home six months ago to see if what she had read online about a school teacher with a 12-year-old McDonald's burger could possibly be true (spoiler alert: it is). Davies' friend claimed the food would mold or rot within 2-3 days and that the story of the 12-year-old burger was nothing more than a tall tale.
The Happy Meal stopped smelling of anything after only a couple days, and the only change that really seemed to occur was that it essentially plasticized. "At six months old, the food is plastic to the touch and has an acrylic sheen to it. The only change that I can see is that it has become hard as a rock," Davies told the Mail.
Reader Comment at HuffPo:
1. McDonalds food never dies.
2. You are what you eat.
3. Therefore, if you eat McDonalds food....

i dont eat fast food very often (maybe once every couple months) but i hardly ever eat at mcdonalds except for breakfast. Its probably been a year since i had a burger from McDicks. If i must eat fast food I either go wendys or a&w. Although i had a whopper a while ago and it was freaking delicious. Theres not enough BK's around IMO

I was disappointed when I found out one lowly sausage mcmuffin has 900 mg of sodium. And to think when I was a teen I would eat 3 of those in one shot...ugh gut rot.

I have a close friend who owns two McDicks, so it's hard not to grab something when I'm visiting and it's being offered for free :-)
I do try only eating it once every month and a half or so though.
