I dunno. Eb said they got permission because the other shop close to it started selling it early. They also said not to play it online until tuesday because I might get banned...any truth to that jobo? I assume he meant for the xbox since the backup mod isn't readily available for the ps3 yet so only legit copies have leaked out.

Nope. If people got the game already, there's no threat to your accounts. EA wouldn't care all that much, and there is the online pass system you'll need from a purchased copy anyway.

Hey Jobo, did they make the "edit player" page faster? If I want them to fix anything out of this game, it's that loading screen. *prays*

Were they advertising early copies or did you have to poke around a bit to get them to give you one?

Yes. Now in the main EASHL Hub screen, there's a tab to editing players directly. You also don't have to wait long just to change player type. There's an option to do that in edit attributes.

I checked almost everywhere in Victoria, no one will sell me NHL 11 early. Ugh...

Jobo, any suggestions on how I can get a copy today?

Its so lame that they wouldnt have this game available before the long weekend.

It's really too bad you couldn't have multiple builds to choose from during the pick your position screen.

That would make the online process just that much better.

Well technically those places aren't suppose to be selling copies. So there's no real method on finding a store.

hdmi cable if playing on an hdtv. also a mic if you plan on playing online. For HUT mode you need an online connection to play it.

There were 2 stores at west ed mall selling it early. Ebgames and that one next to the skating rink. Did you try that one? They were selling it $5 cheaper also lol.
