I tinted all the windows and just put some 19" Monarch rims on it, or at least on during the summer. Right now it has the stock (18") rims on them...ugh! The worst part of it is we didn't even get any snow this year I could have left my summer rims on.

I tend to think of myself as a one-man wolf pack. But when you posted you drive a Legacy, I knew you were one of my own. And my wolf pack... it grew by one. So there... there were two of us in the wolf pack... I was alone first in the pack, and then you joined in later.
My family is a gang of Subarus, we call it the Subacru.. its sick, I know.
I drive a 1990 Legacy Wagon, parents drive Outbacks and siblings have a Brighton and a Legacy as well.

If you're in Victoria (I think you might be), watch out for the IRSU cop squad (red and blue cars). They'll nab you for the front tint as if you were robbing an orphanage at gunpoint. $100 ticket IIRC and you have to show them you've taken it off. Good thing this city has no drug or homeless problems so they can put so much time and money into giving out chintzy traffic tickets.

I actually know a lot of those guys from my lowrider days. Having a truck that was BRIGHT orange that could lay frame on 10 switches brought a little attention my way. Anyways to say the least I would be shocked to get a ticket from any of IRSU, Saanich PD or Victoria PD. Even if I did I have ways of having them 'disappear' in the system.
If they give you a Level 2 or 3 and they say "you have to bring it to the shop to have it looked at" is nothing but BS from them. With my truck I use to get at least a level 2 weekly (tint, shaved door handles, switches, neons, clear tail lights, etc) and nothing came out of it when I didn't go to the police department.
Also I agree this city has bigger problems than tint or even speeding. They should work on teaching people how to actually use a merge lane before anything else. Yield = Stop in Victoria.
