Actually I have a buddy that works in the claims department as an adjuster at ING (now Intact) and I was talking to him today and asked him how they would handle it and he said that this situation would be fine. It would have to be demonstrated in court that there was a pattern to this arrangement and as there is no pattern to this it would be covered. It is a temporary arrangement and not a regular business arrangement and the money being exchanged could be seen as tips. BTW if I was at a party I would find this topic engaging You can't talk about the Flames all the time...http://www.songlyrics.com/classified...k-mind-lyrics/
The ING comment was an inside joke of course that they always deny claims. I've seen a couple claims from those "we drive your car home guys" I mean they get paid to drive you and your car home and I've never heard anyone even question covering the claims (of course it goes through your insurance if they get into an accident in your car)
Totally random question, but what community is this in? I have a bunch of friends going to this huge halloween party and I'm curious if its the same one.
