Draft Pick
Bit of a UK music fan. They have the best bands in the world to make up for the food and warm beer.
Ocean Colour Scene
The Smiths
Radiohead

Pure awesomeness!
Anyway, back to the topic du jour. And for this very brief, shining moment in time I'll say:
King's X
Kyuss
Tool

My favorite band of all time is Metallica, although I don't think they should make this list because they have released stuff that I didn't really like that much. For me three bands that I think are really talented, are not afraid to be different, and record stuff that I could listen to consistently are.
Depeche Mode
Marilyn Manson
System of a Down

Songs where words are spelled-out are always the best. By best, I mean worst.

But seriously, how can you pick just one good Hall and Oates song? I mean, how can you, even one, when they never had any good ones.
Maybe Jinglebell Rock, with G.E. Smith dressed up like a granny playing guitar...

That was a good one. Hall and Oates definately peaked during the "G.E. Smith" years.

Oh, but the catalog goes so much deeper than that.
One of the greatest pop artists of all time, and I'm dead serious. Darryl Hall is an exceptional soul singer.

Previously listed Queen and Beatles (with everyone else third), but I would have to seriously consider Skillet and Toby Mac in as my third place tie.

Type O Negative and Nine Inch Nails share the number one slot.
Then a dozen others duke it out for third (Bad Religion, The Beatles, The Smiths, Tool...)
