I made a Right Defenseman also if you got a spot on the team. Umm, here's the stuff I can figure out: (Probably should of beefed it up more with all the body checking I went with =/)

WOW, lay off on training your body checking anymore and try to focus on some skills that will help you. Look at your shooting skills! 
You need some speed and agility. I'm sure your confidence, vision, stamina are low as well. What about puck control and passing?
You need to spread the training around.

The plan was to go super defensive defenseman, hence the name.  The other skills you mentioned are between 15-20 I think, but yeah I am training other areas.

Yep, I'm a noob and not exactly sure what I did to get on the team but I haven't been kicked off yet so good enough for me, you on it or did we just play against you?

Ugh, now my team is doing horrible. I swear my schedule keeps changing. I have new games popping up, some disappearing. My easier games are gone too, now just 30+ avg ones. Damnit.

Sometimes I am confused about what this game needs for stats to do well.
One game is fine, and the next game I am -4 with almost no hits
