Don't know about anyone else, but I thought it was cool when they announced my last name in game. I can't recall if there are any 'Wright' players in the league, but very cool though as I didn't know it was a feature.

its what sucks about having the last name Fleehart , none of the games will say it ........ its always Goal by number 10 or Homerun by the 2nd baseman number 10 lol

What time do people typically go online? I ask this because I am having troubles finding other people to play with.

I usually can't get on till 10pm.

It really varies. If no one is on, I'll scoot over to community team play to use my BAP and get games in. You usually get 6v6 games, but it freezes up a lot for some reason. About 1/3 games.

Last I checked, we were 32 - 23, or something like that. I think guys are just starting to get a hang of the game, as the last few I have been in have been a lot smoother.

yeah, we are doing not so hot. we have been close to the .500 mark a few times, but as i went to bed last night i think we were 72-102 or something. but as you can see, we have played a lot of games! normally have several going on at once in the afternoon and evening hours.

we have been getting better though. a much more patient team developing. we also get screwed a lot because we have enough people to do manual goalie a lot. and also we often will have all real players and they will have 2 which allows them to exploit the computer players for really nice passing.

Ill be there, i get out of class at 8:00 my time WHich is 7 calgary time. Barring my wife not having any shows to watch i will be there. and it was def fun when everything we threw on net went in. I think we even had one of our computer defenders throw what was supposed to be a slap pass and it went of one of their guy's shoulders and went in .... I just wish i could master breakaways i think i had like 6 of them and only converted one ....

Just played my first online game with CPers today.
I'm actually impressed with the online leagues, they're freaking awesome!

although we did get our arses handed to us that first game... i think it was 6-1 or so ..... i dont understand how these guys score so many goals???? They haul in all the rebounds and the such i stand in front of the net and can never get a rebound.... When i try to knock in a puck in a loose puck down there i always end up doing a checking motion instead of swiping at the puck ..... What killed us in the first game was our in ability to win faceoffs, which caused us to never be on offense. No worries though


We did win our second game in overtime.... This game sucked because the other team had the same color of jerseys we had and i could never tell if i was getting ready to get checked or if it was a guy on my team lol .... I wil have my headset this weekend so i wont have to type stuff to my teammates in the dressing room.... You guys wanna play around the same time tonight ?

I was on left wing, but I can understand us not getting the faceoffs. If the other guy has perfect timing, we'll never win one.

And if I remember correctly, their goalie was a CPU player and ours was a CP member. I think that was the main difference as we didn't have a full time goalie. Whoever was green had like 4 breakaways and we just couldn't get anything past the goalie.

I didn't know you guys did a second game, I thought you had to go back to the dressing room

I should be online tonight after 8pm. Practice makes perfect!

yeah you do have to go back to dressing room ....... but anyway ill admit I was GREEN but i already stated that i suck at break aways ... im a playmaker alot like tangauy i would rather pass HAHAHA but really i have never figured out the break aways ..... oh well we will get em tonight
