Oh okay, well point still stands. It seems like a ridiculous price for regular season game.
If I could sell my 60 dollar tickets for 300 bucks I'd do it every game.

Yeah, but I hate this *****. regardless of Calgarypucks unanimous decision that I'm the worst human being out there, and should be shot or hung (/hyperbole), I still think it's absolute garbage that we agreed on a price and she didn't follow through, so if I'm going to get face value, then I'd much rather sell them to.....

Well then why are you looking down on me? I CAN sell my tickets for inflated prices to every game, yet sold them UNDER face value, and even gave away a pair, before selling ONE GAME for an inflated price because money is really tight right now.

I once bought tickets to the Warped Tour. I was then subsequently given two comp tickets from CJSW.
I scalped the ones I paid for (at cost ) in the ticket-line at the event for beer money.
Then the guys I sold the tickets to bought me beer.
It was glorious.
And beer was had by all.
Is that good karma?

Wave the fuschia wrap like theres no tomorrow.
Asian gangs are powerless in the face of fuschia.

Just wondering flameswin, after selling your tickets so many times for under face value, what made you make the decision that you'd sell for 4x's face value?
EDIT: never mind, see you just answered that.

I don't think I have.
As far as I'm concerned, the woman ripped you off, while at the same time you were gouging her, but it sounds like she knew what she was doing.
If she agreed to give you 300 bucks then she owes you 300 bucks. In this scenario though I'd leave well enough alone.

Dude, I wouldn't meet up with her, especially considering you're taking the tickets back. She very well could be just talkin out her ass, she seems stupid enough in this regard anyways. But why play with fire? I'd rather just let her go to the game considering you already made a profit, or if you do really need the money, seein as she's already said she'll give you the extra $200 for the tix, just ask for that. The game's not until next Tuesday, you have time to get the extra $$$ from her through the mail. I guess it's up to you, but if I were you I would have no desire to see that person ever again, especially in the aspect of taking them back.

I agree with Sainters7. I don't know if it's a good idea to meet up with her again. I would be worried that she tries something funny again especially if she's already threatened you with gang violence.

I am completely on your side. It doesn't matter what the tickets are worth, you guys agreed on a price and it's sad you just can't trust people anymore.
If you are up for it, you should invite your friend the cop, get him to wire you up and see what she says. I hate people that use empty threats, it drives me nuts.

I don't think you are a bad person, in fact, for a small price (say $300) I will hang out with you when you meet the gangstas. But I'm counting it first! Hate to get stabbed before I count my money.

Even better - why not sell off a couple more games at inflated prices so's you can afford a full CP posse? This broad could show up with her gangsta boyfriend, only to be confronted by 20 nerds in flames jerseys, armed to the teeth with smug self-satisfied condescension.
I'd wear my cowboy hat to that too, for full posse effect.

Beer is God's way of letting us know he loves us, so anything that involves beer is automatically good karma. Unless of course it's spilled beer. That's bad karma. Very bad.

Has anyone thought about the fact that there is a very real possibilty that these Asians are Canucks fans? Last thing we need is 2 more Canucks fans at the game.
Cancel the tickets. Say they fell out of your pocket on the train. No asian gang is going to trouble itself with a matter like this. My guess is she's full of it.

I wonder how people who threaten to sick a gang on someone actually have a connection to one or even know someone in a gang? I'm guessing very few.

Wow....just blew 20 minutes supposed to be working on a term paper wading through this thread...
I can't believe the guy who sold half his seasons tickets for FAR below face value (I know because I bought a whole bunch of them) and sells one set to a premiere game to an Asian chick who's probably a canucks fan, is the bad guy, while the woman who purposely hands him a third of the agreed-upon price and drives off as fast as she can, taunts him afterwards via email, and threatens gang violence is the poor person here.
Just wow. FW be careful going to meet her again, don't take any chances - 100 bucks isn't worth getting beat up or shot over. And just to reiterate: this is NOT your fault.
