I knew I shouldn't have read the above review from Rolling Stone. How can I stand this wait ...? It's three weeks away yet!

^^ Yeah, it sucks when there is a ton of hype and excitement surrounding a movie weeks or months before it comes out. It's like torture waiting for this one!

Another trailer... more or less a 'remix' of the earlier ones, but there is some new or unheard dialogue, as well as a few previously unseen shots. The new Joker footage is worth seeing!
I'm dying to see the interrogation scene between Joker and Batman. Just sitting at a table, talking... brilliant.

^^^^ Definitely worth watching, the final shot(Batman face to face with Joker) alone is worth it.

Oh man, I shouldn't have watched that new trailer. I really can't wait another three weeks! This movie has so many of my favorite actors, Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman. That's a dream line-up!

One of the best "pump you up" scores of all time. Only a few movies can do this...Star wars, Indiana jones...

To put it succinctly, when I am reading Bats in comics, I don't hear any of the major actors. I hear Kevin Conroy.

This looks fantastic. Seems to be of a similar vein as the Animatrix, which I loved!

I have to say seeing the trailer for this flick last night was the only thing that made it worth going to the theatre... looks absolutely amazing.

Fatso, do you just do daily searches for all things Dark Knight?! LOL. They are definitely appreciated, though I refuse to watch the first five minutes. I don't think I could handle watching it and then having to wait for the rest. As it is, it's difficult to wait.

Whether or not that is the first five minutes exactly like it will be shown in the movie remains to be seen. That clip is like 7 months old. I saw the same thing at the IMAX theatre before I saw I AM Legend.
Still pretty cool to see again though.

Aaron Eckhart was on Leno tonight and Jay mentioned at least 3 or 4 times that The Dark Knight is the best movie of the year.
I know he's not exactly a reputable film critic but he made specific mention how it was his favorite/best movie he's seen this year.
Very encouraging especially after the article fatso posted from Rolling Stone.

both 'Variety' and 'The Hollywood Reporter' have given the film rave reviews.

It sounds like there's much more action in this one than the last one. Seems a lot of the existential brooding has been downplayed in favour of... existential ass-kicking.

Only one more week! Any big spoilers in those articles, Fatso? I don't want to ruin anything!

Variety gives away minor details but nothing major. Hollywood Reporter I stopped reading because it is as much of a synopsis of the movie as well as a review. Variety just talks about the film as a whole, mostly.
