I think you are wrong about that fotze. U of M (in Missoula) doesn't have engineering programs. They do have several liberal arts curriculums though, so perhaps this guy is in drama or something

Petroleum Engineering would be at the Butte Campus of Montana Tech of the University of Montana. Trust me they are not handing out engineering degrees like chicklets at Tech. Although my kids do say Petroleum Engineering is the easiest Engineering major at Tech. It is still a 4 year Bachelor program.

Montana State in Bozeman has easier Engineering courses. The *real * engineers go to Tech.

$100 says Zargs will be gay in 3 years. Seriously, if you're that pent on your hatred for gays. You've got to be truly gay inside but are afraid to face it. lol

Nice try.

Research next time. Montanans will stand up for themselves, we aren't your inferior neighbors. Right Becky?

Go Griz!

This is a hall of fame thread--tolerance, intolerance, cross border smack talk, everything!

Is there anyone who felt more gay after seeing brokeback mountain? How about the rip-off scene from Scary Movie 4 (saw the "premiere" of that last night--awful)?

You da man!!

Seriously, though.........great post(s). I totally understand and agree with how you felt about seeing the movie.

I haven't seen it yet, not sure if I will or not at all. And definitely not because it's a gay movie, but rather because it just isn't the kind of movie I flock to theaters to see......actually, I don't go to theaters often at all, I'm more of a renter. If anything, I might see it because it was made in Alberta, and I usually like to see shows that have familiar backdrops in them.......and Ang Lee is a huge Flames fan!

I'll probably end up renting it sooner or later.

I actually ended up renting it last night.

Not a bad movie, pretty slow. All homophobic action/adventure movie lovers out there should steer clear of this one.

I thought the 2 main actors did a great job, especially Heath Ledger......he did a fantastic job. Michelle Williams did a pretty nice job as well.

Even though it was pretty slow, I found it to get more intersting as it well along. Well directed by our Flames fan, Ang Lee. And the scenery was just awesome.

Overall, I thought it was OK, but nothing spectacular. I'd give it about 6 1/2 out of 10.

I didn't have any issues with the movie at all; just seemed kind of slow and boring. Guess I didn't get it.

Crash, on the other hand, was a great movie and to me was (of these two) the obvious Best Picture choice.

Crash was a good movie. But not deserving of Best picture... That was just was bad as giving the best actor award to Denzell Washington for Training Day... ugh.

That's a fantastic idea. I too hope that this film has knocked down a lot of barriers and leads to the mainstream-ization of hot girl-on-girl action. Several years ago Neve Campbell and Denise Richards made a furtive attempt to challenge society's puritan norms but unfortunately that corageous gesture was buried under a storm of bad writing and Matt Dillon. Hopefully society has moved forward enough to accept, nay, encourage this kind of diversity and tolerance in Hollywood.
