I'm going to try a different tactic on the trade board. This is an offer that I had out for an RFA player, in the mid 70s. I really like Rosen, but feel like I have a couple of similar players.

Looking for an RFA that the other team might not be in a position to pay. If it's a defenseman, OEL can replace Bluegar, as he is an exact same cap hit.

Teddy Bluegar - would give you a strong 4C and PK, while saving you a bundle on cap, as he is 2M.

Isak Rosen - recent #14 pick, with a spot opening up on the NHL this year. AHL all-star, ready to go.

Pick #67 and pick #90 - Traditionally I have to work on draft day, so these third and fourth rounders could be an issue for me.

I'm curious if floating out an exact trade scenario draws some responses.

I'm in the same boat. Part of me thinks it would be better to do UFAs before the draft. There would probably be a lot more movement around the draft that way.
