SN panel- ‘Let’s start with the oilers’. Friedmann, amber and gazdic salivating about who gets to talk about Connor first. Fanboy oilers bro gazdic is calling oilers/panthers in the final. F*** off already.

One of the things that hasn't happened for the Hockey Club, yet, is a local TV contract. Which, for me, is good, as with no local TV contract, blackout rules are not yet in effect.

Ha ha, Foligno now on top line with Bedard and Teuvo? Because a boat anchor at wing is always best!

The Hockey Club staggered trying to hang on. With Mrazek pulled the 'Hawks could only manage to bang another puck off the iron, must have been the 5th post shot, The Club took the rebound down, missing the ENG, but netting the goal off the back wall rebound. Then a garbage time tip in to finish the game, 5-2 Hockey Club.

We got some work to do if we are going to catch up to Chicago. Yikes.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. I deleted the app, reinstalled the SportsNet app. Still was losing the casting connection after ~2 min repeatedly, then after reloading the game over and over the app said I was using my maximum devices. Grrrr. Tried a different TV and had the same results. Walked away, but now I’m worried I won’t get to watch the Flames tomorrow smoothly. I remember having similar frustrations at the beginning of last season too. Ended up complaining to Rogers, the Flames, and the NHL that if I only have one legal option to watch the Flames from out of region and it costs a premium but is less reliable than alternatives they need to get their heads out of their own asses and figure it out.

I did learn that there is a Finnish player in the NBA. Had no idea such a thing existing. So that was neat.

Then they're on the road for a week, so it shouldn't have any bearing after tonight.
As for Tampa...I don't think they'll be playing games anytime soon in their arena. They already cancelled last night's pre-season game against Nashville. They don't play at home again until Saturday, but I imagine that all three games next week will be rescheduled or played at an alternate site. That would give them until the 24th for the area to recover.

It's gonna be bad. They are forecasting 9 feet plus of storm surge in the entire Tampa Bay area. That alone will make this a catastrophic storm.
Hope so, Cali. Thinking of folks like you down there. Looks like the end of the hurricane season could get wild, more are forming behind Milton now. Some models showing surges of 15’ are possible given Cat 4 at landfall. Path is looking like it is turning south towards Sarasota strike, Ft. Meyers, Naples.

You know, I always watched the recaps to keep up to date with hockey. I don't even bother now. Hate the coverage and drooling.

Today, I dropped into the local Circle K to buy a lottery ticket. Plastered on the front door was a large poster of McBaby advertising a sports drink. Bleech!! And it wasn't even a good photo, it was one of the countless hobo photos around, presumably to portray the great physical effort he puts into..whatever it is that he does. 24/7 coverage coming up. I reached.

Is their apps' only tech support option still a difficult-to-find unmonitored email mailbox?

That is closed now. I got a notice when I tried to contact them after an awful chat support experience. They only have an online form or the previously mentioned chat. Really there is next to no recourse.

I'm sorry to hear that. It would be a waste of money for me to try it out again. It's been going on for three seasons now that I've been looking at it for my streaming option. Or is it four?
