This week, the teams travel to Regina, repeat a task from Season 1, then try to choke down some Saskatchewan cuisine. After playing football at Mosaic Stadium, they leave before the nausea overwhelms them and head to John's home town of Russell, MB and meet his mom at the Pit Stop.

Brad & Sam start the leg looking good, but struggle putting together a puzzle and at the dance challenge. "May Day! May Day! May Day!" They're going home.

I think that using an Express Pass on it wasn't a good idea, but I think that several teams struggled like they did because they had absolutely no clue whatsoever as to what it was supposed to look like in the first place. Like the one racer (I can't remember who) said...they didn't even know what the edges were to start from there. You are essentially solving this one from the middle out (the 4 phrases) which is 'backwards' for most puzzle solving.

Yeah, we've definitely cut out the obviously weak teams at this point so the rest of the race should be pretty good - though I wonder if we'll have to hear about Colin's knees over and over again for the rest of their time on the show.

After a week off, we're back. This week, the teams travel to Guelph. Everyone hates Kevin again and there's a double pass, which ultimately doesn't matter.

In the end, the wrestler from Calgary dressed in pink comes out on top... as is custom.

Julia & Olivia struggle at the glass blowing, so they're going home.

Yeah this is par for the course with Amazing Race though, whether Canda or the US one. Everyone thinks it's a friendly thing and they should all help each other out and not disadvantage anyone for any reason unless forced to. I was glad their express pass didn't get them to first place at least.

Him and his dad is still my favourite team left in the race.

The Canadian version is just poorly done. Feels like one big hour long advertisement. Whether it's the constant commercials or the forced product placements (whoring for Boost!). It's far worse than Survivor US or Australia. I think they have three commercial breaks in the last 15 minutes alone! The whole show feels rushed, and there's barely any actual content. Also as others mentioned the gamesmanship is awful... it's a race for a cash prize, not to make besties and gain followers.

I also dislike how placement is irrelevant. As long as you don't finish last at the end of the race they're all tied anyway. They all make the same flights and can't distance themselves from the pack.

I think this will be the only time I ever watch the Canadian version... it's just bad television. The American version isn't great either... but at least they gave a crap about the quality of their glass blowing. What we saw yesterday was not at all comparable to a couple years ago in the American finalie.

I wouldn't mind the product placement so much if the challenges were more interesting. I've started recording the show, so I can fast forward through the boring parts.

At least the American one, you get to see other countries. The Canadian version did that once (or twice?) but enough cross Canada trips. The challenges used to me tough, but even those are boring me now.

And, yes, stop giving Kevin and Gurleen answers! I would have loved to see them go out due to his mistake, but it was not meant to be.

This week, the teams travel around Quebec on the first half of a double leg. Lauren & Nicole finally win a leg. For the second week in a row, the team that won the previous leg finishes last on the next leg. This week, Taylor & Katie are saved by the "keep racing" finish.

Yeah, he found out this week that karma is indeed a bitch. He did seem like a real prick to Mike and Tyson in particular the last two episodes.
