One of the biggest faults I had with Tre. A million PTO and bubble guys to try and foster competition every dam year. Throwing how many later picks for the same depth D guys at the trade deadline and never resigning anybody.
Tre worked really hard to look like he was working hard.

Sounds like there may have been some disagreement with Tre's approach and that Tre did a lot of things "on his own"...curious.

this press conference is awesome, love the decisions made. I think this is a really great set-up they've landed on here and Conroy's vision for the team makes sense.

Didn't Conroy complain a year or so ago about how Tre didn't even include his assistants in a ton of decisions he made?
I wanted Conroy simply on how excited he was when we took Fox. He was so excited and even though he did not sign here it was a all time great pick and we still added value because of the pick
