Man oh man, listening to Lou talk about huberdeau was hard to digest. Says the guy was never ready mentally to come here. Still isn't over it. Hasn't bought in. Blames both him and Sutter saying no one has come to the middle. Also takes a healthy shot at Walsh as a #### disturber.

All stuff that seems self evident based on what's happened but tough to hear a guy with an inside track put it so bluntly.

Also I know there's plenty of blame to go around, but him saying he was committed to play for a winner and do whatever it takes to win... Really hard to now know that was straight up BS. We all knew that Sutter isn't a middle ground guy... He took two Nice players and turned them into stallions with them committed. Would have been nice to see what a committed huberdeau looked like under Sutter.

No, I would rather the Flames make the playoffs instead of cheering for the team to draft top 10.

Is this a real question? People can walk and chew gum at the same time. People can understand this this season is almost certainly a write-off, while also hoping that the team sets itself up for success next season and beyond. Getting a worse draft pick makes it harder to have success in upcoming seasons.

He said the Flames will not make the playoffs, that is not reality, just a probability. He won't celebrate, there are many in here that won't because they are not happy unless the team is struggling so they can bitch about it.

He said it because it is correct. The team is all out of sorts and can't win games anymore except when Markstrom stands on his head. They need to go on a run AND get a bunch of help to get in. Not gonna happen.
