Deserved to lose on those singles given up in the 4th quarter.

That was an amazing play by Rose? To keep it alive.
Hamilton deserved to lose. Played it safe against a superior opponent all night.

Ahhh...the old triple tip INT in overtime play.
Only in the CFL.
Bombers were the best team all year and deserved it...congrats.

That decision to concede the 1 point on the kickoff is one of the most bizarre decisions I've seen in a long time in the CFL.
Heartbreaking stuff for the Ticats and their fans. I feel for them. They really should have won this game. The CFL is the heartbreak league.

Congrats to Winnipeg. Heartbreaker for Hamilton. They’re going to have nightmares about having 1st and Goal at the 5 and not being able to punch it in. Both teams overcoming adversity with big plays on both sides of the ball.

Lol at Hamilton giving up the single. They played to lose. And refusing to go for it early on 3rd and goal then stupidly going for it on 3rd and 2 with the wind from their own 40. Then failing horribly on that last drive.
It’s obvious they played scared and too conservative. Playing not to lose usually results in exactly that.

Simoni blatantly held on a Harris OT run. No call.
Revenberg on a weak *** call. Holding.
Harris with the nice throat slashing gesture as well. What a ####ing goof and loser. Go stick more steroids in your ass.

Crazy how few repeats there are in the cfl. Only twice in the last 3 decades?
Three peat next year?

It was a weird one. I can kind of see why — give your offence as much time as possible to drive the field. But you obviously lose the ability to win it with a field goal; you also lose the opportunity for a big return.
It was like they didn’t trust the offence to get it done; they struggled on every drive in the fourth quarter — which made the drive they did put together all the more clutch. Feel bad for Hamilton fans that they couldn’t finish it.

Letting the stars and their kids lift the cup while the rest of the team watches from below like chumps in the audience is super lame. What do they think this is, the NFL?
There ya go, someone brought it down to the plebs.

Great game. Congrats to the citizens of Winnipeg, and the province of Manitoba. This is big for them.
Congrats to the CFL as well. A year ago it was doubtful that the league would be back. They made it through a full season with lots of uncertainty, no pre-season, Covid issues, and smaller crowds. To award the Grey Cup today, the return of a great Canadian tradition, is a huge accomplishment.

Strongly agree — for all of the CFL’s faults, the Grey Cup is an opportunity for fans to come together and participate in something that transcends provincial borders, not to mention the tourism benefits to the local economy. Hope we see it continue for a long time.
