You must be easily shocked because they've had at least 3 power plays in half their games this season, and a minimum of 2 in every game.

Oiler fans: “We have the best powerplay”
Also Oiler fans: “Why don’t teams take more penalties against the Oilers”?

It's great knowing Oilers have 2 of the best players in the NHL but will never win anything because they both couldn't care less about their own end.

Haha, tried to add a 7th shot for Edmonton. Someone told them to take it off.

It isn't like we have crazy goaltending in there either. We also do not shoot enough in the other hand. Too cute. Very annoying. So the Corsi stats do not always 100% match the eye test.

In a game like this, PITTS is just skating around the zone and not getting "crazy" chances. Oilers go the other way and elite talent can capitalize on just 1 chance. That's what elite players do.
Look at all the "we" in this statement.

Where were the "we" were so bad "we" drafted 1st overall three out of four years statements. Or last year "we" were swept in the playoffs by a team that was subsequently swept, despite having a lotto generated generational player on our team. And of course, "we" built an eye sore of an arena, by getting an embarrassing deal that every other city the same terms were offered to told the organisation to go take a hike.

Pitts, don't be afraid to drive the net. Oilers won't do much more than lightly stick check you if you try.

The Oilers look absolutely horrible. Of course the wonder twins will play on the same line the rest of the game and score the winner on a chintzy PP in the 3rd.

These clowns are insufferable - fixated on penalties. Oilers culture I guess.

Pens have a team, Oilers have 2 two guys. Game and shots accurately reflect this.

Sid hasn’t been scoring that much since he came back but his one ice IQ is still really high

He's had next to no practices since coming back due to the schedule.

He said it's factored into his play since returning. Still getting up to speed. But yes, the smarts are as present as ever.

Neither of these teams look as good as the Flams. Not much structure, sloppy.

Not to be repetitive, Oilers believe that de fence is something you put around de yard.

Pens have better structure than Edmonton, but aren't near the speed or tenacity of the Flames. Playing on the perimeter for the most part.

Edmonton look like their record should be flipped currently.
