I really didn't think that coaching could make this big a difference. I'm a believer now, and all I can say is thank God Sutter decided to come back and coach the Flames and not the Oilers! In Sutter we Trust!!!

I completely understand that. But if you look at that list, at least 4 of those additions were met with some skepticism here (Lewis, richardson, zadorov, and gudbranson). And rightly so. I just think the coach has had a much larger impact than I expected.

I had a feeling playing a team like the Bruins who were on a roll was just what this team needed to take it to the next level. To get another shutout and for Vladar to do it against his former team…this team could truly manifest into something special and it’s these types of road trips and the moments within them like 3 shut outs that glue a team together. Sutter is incredible and this team is extremely fun to watch to boot it’s not like these are one goal arm wrestling wins the Flames are feasting and all the way through a demanding schedule. Incredible to watch really!
