At this point it's entertaining to watch how bad Ritchie is.

Carrying the puck up the ice skating in mud while Gaudreau zooms up the side and botches a backhand pass to Monahan leading to absolutely nothing

Just like the Bures, the Niedermeyers and the Stones....

We got the wrong Tkachuk.

Buffalo is simply too far in the basement to catch.

This team is unbelievably snake bitten right now. Those two pucks on the line. Flames played good once again with nothing to show for it and are down. Need a game breaker.

Earlier the Flames had a clear shot on net and passed it... I don't think they are really trying very hard. These players run the team.

We are definitely only a player or two away from a deep cup run.

Mangiapane’s play there is kinda typical of the team: has the puck by the boards, on his forehand, skating forward. Decides not to skate or pass froward, but rather to freeze it and go backwards.

Not sure what defensive assignements are supposed to look like.

Hanifin was clearly covering Spezza, but then when the puck carrier went behind the net, he left Spezza to pressure the puck carrier (who I think was being chased by Tanev). Bennett was covering the slot, but couldn't get to Spezza in time.

Is it normal for the defender (Hanifin) to pressure the puck carrier coming out from behind the net, even if he's actively covering someone?
