Shots 15 to 1 for Vegas and they just can't get one to go in. They're such a good team

The good: it was all good with the Canucks and Wild and Knights all losing in reg time

It was neat to see Tortarella smile near the end of the game as he beat his former team. The BJs win was only their 2nd win in the past 11 games. It puts them in a 3 way tie with the Leafs and Isles for the last 3 playoff spots. The BJs PP was the key to victory and Korpisalo got better and played well in the 3rd period.

The Rangers have lost 2 in a row, both to the Flyers. The losses now have the Rangers 4 points back of a playoff spot.

It was the Ovechkin show in Minnesota. He had 3 points along with Holtby making 37 saves.

The Kings were the spoilers as they defeated the Knights. This rookie goalie the Kings have, Peterson, was excellent in net making 42 saves. The Kings are 6-2-1 in their past 10 games.

The Devils have also been improving. Schneider gets the 34 save SHUTOUT. Zacha with 2 PPGs as the Devils are 6-2-2 in the past 10 games.

Yep, the Coyotes ruined the perfect OOT. It didn't matter who the Jets-Oilers game, as long it ended in reg time.

Other playoff teams lose to the Kings? Weird.

Ill take it. Hopefully gives them a worse draft position.

On home ice. VGK is such a good team in Vegas, where they have a 21–11–4 record. They are like the opposite of the Calgary Flames: great at home, and just barely .500 on the road. 10 of their remaining 15 games are on the road. I can see them starting to slide back to the pack a bit.

That's been the case since they started playing.

Everybody thinks they own us, but those games have always been the ones played down there.

They look pretty ordinary on the road, and we've given them a couple drubbings at home before.
