I pray TJ recovers
I pray the doctors find out why and get him back safely to his family off the ice .
I truly hope we see this guy back sooner than later. He and Gio are lights out together but this is just a game too so ....just get well.TJ

Have to think that the quick discharge means not heart related - that has to be good, but he's not out of the woods yet. Nothing scarier than a healthy young man dropping to the ground in convulsions. That just ain't right!

Truly outstanding news to be discharged from medical care already.

Looks like something minor at the most.

Awesome awesome to read.

That's such a relief. These things can be so unpredictable.

Guess that means we're seeing Davidson on the weekend, unless they choose to have Kylington join them and play in Brodie's absence. Arizona and Vegas are certainly in reasonably close proximity to Stockton, could make for an easier recall.

Either way, hope TJ keeps improving steadily -- his health is the only priority at this point.

definitely glad to hear TJ has been released... hopefully it was just something minor and the doctors can figure it out.

I would assume Kylington’s on a plane to CGY.

Great news. They don’t make better people than TJ, just different people. After we moved to Calgary when our daughter was 5 weeks old in 2016 she was admitted to the children’s hospital with a respiratory infection. The Flames made their annual visit to the hospital at the same time and TJ sat and visited with my son & made what was a pretty crappy time for our family pretty memorable.

Our daughter is now in optimal health and I can only hope and wish for the same for TJ.

Ryan Leslie @SNryanleslie
Giordano & a group of flames visited Brodie at the hospital today. Said it was emotional seeing him on the ice. Played together a long time. Good friends. Thinking about his family. Comforting to visit him. Joking & chatting.

Ryan Leslie @SNryanleslie
Giordano said it was the scariest thing he’s seen in career.

Ryan Leslie @SNryanleslie
Giordano joking with Brodie at the hospital that he got them out of practice early.

See, Don Cherry? That's what you're supposed to do.

Fantastic news that he’s okay. That’s very scary. Will be interesting to see how the Brodie-less D looks like with him out. Potentially a view of what we would look like if Treliving winds up pulling the trigger on a D for F swap this season.

Great to hear he’s already out. Makes you really put this game into perspective, and realize they are just human as well. Best wishes Brodie!

Default UPD: Brodie discharged from hospital and is doing well. Will not travel to ARI/VGK.

Maybe if one tiny good thing can come from this is that it may galvanize the team.

I hope so, but I think we have bigger problems.

Glad Brodie is doing okay!
