I too have found myself super concerned about the Dallas match up but honestly if the flames can’t win with home ice advantage against a Dallas team that’s good but nowhere near best in the league, then we had no hope of going deep in the playoffs anyway. Now I am telling myself bring on Dallas or Colorado. I don’t care.

Ben Bishop is the best goalie in the NHL this year and has played at an MVP level. No team, not Tampa, not Boston, not Vegas has had a goalie so dialed in and that's what makes them scary. As a team they're not great (though Zuccarello will give them a boost) but he could Jaroslav Halak 2010 his way past any good team.

Flames are clearly the superior team no matter who we face. Like most of us I'd prefer Colorado, but I have faith that we can take care of Dallas as well. Sure they've had our number recently, but beating the top team in the conference 4 out of 7 games is a tall order for any opponent. I like the Flames' chances against either team regardless of regular season results.
