Flames will need to be a lot better in Columbus.

That said, huge 2 points.

I expect to see my Flames go 2-1-1 at worst in those 4 games

We had too many defensive lapses but luckily the 5 minute pp helped us out. We need to be much better against Columbus they are a very strong team.

Oh ok. I truly wasn't trying to open a can of worms on this. I was just curious/confused as to the need for a hidden button for something like that. Glad someone thought of the children. Wink wink. . Thanks for the answers, moving on.

Anyways good win for the flames, it's good to see the team prevail in these winnable games.

I guess, I don't wade into discussion/topics about things which I truly don't care about. This would be one of them.

As good a game Mike Smith has had since becoming a Flame. Bodes very well for the future.

Way to go Flames!!!

Smith kept the guys in it, that skate save was ridiculously lucky but the guy deserves some luck.

I still think going to Rittich makes the most sense against Columbus who are a much better team than Chicago.

I was impressed with Toews' wheels when he scored his goal.

Chicago just has no depth. Can't say I feel bad for them as they have had their moment, doubt they feel bad either with their 3 cups. I still think they can do a lot with Pat Kane and maybe do a quick mini-rebuild.

If we are going to revisit it, I'd like to tack on a rider to the discussion: do OTL points count towards whether or not you are above or below .500?

If a few is 3, I'd take the under. Lost one to just walking away and Im sure we lost one to the ban hammer in that poo storm. Maybe one more.

Best part of this photo is Smith watching the puck out of the corner of his eye...

Spoiler!
