It is in the CPHL which is our sim league on this site.
So I had read about Carolina signing this guy who put up good numbers in europe for years, but never had an NHL chance.
I signed him when they signed him, but then basically they stashed him in the minors and it looked like he still wouldn't get a chance even though he put up good numbers.
Basically waited that entire year and then in the summer had to dump him to another team for no return just to make roster numbers.
If I had waited longer I probably would been able to get some value out of him.
But having him on my team caused me to follow and root for him obviously. It is the same reason Scorp likes him so darn much.
