I can just see the tears streaming down Spector's face typing this out, pounding away at his keyboard. Those are distraught anger typos right there.

I'd like to thank the Flames for mailing it in last night so that the Sabres could be super fresh for the Oilers tonight.

We play like garbage and still manage to get a point. Edmonton plays like garbage and gets blown out. Maybe some people will relax about the outcome of last nights game now.

There it is. Commentators already trying to jinx the Lehner shutout.

When the Oilers become our bar of measurement, we've already lost

Oilers will get 15+ shots this third period just to continue the false hope and give the local media mouth breathers the opportunity to write about the swagger they showed in the third.

Did Connor say "let's go" after the second?

every point is important; calgary needs to take advantage of opportunities vs teams they should be beating.

you think the PGT following a Buffalo loss is bad, just wait until Thursday if Calgary follows up the Sabres game with another lackluster effort.

the Oilers will come out hard after this beatdown, just like Buffalo did after their beatdown by the Stars

They certainly will. It will be their Stanley Cup playoff game. Flames better realize that.

LOL. A graphic comparing Eichler and McDavid and Remenda noting Connor's trophy. Fine, except Eichel is outplaying McDavid tonight AINEC.

His teams getting embarrassed on home ice by one of the worst teams in the league . Maybe not the best game to be pumping up McDavid.

wait, did they just say McNugget is captaining the West?

Did the NHL change the rules to the All-Star game like they did with the draft lottery?

McDavid is the Pacific captain as he was #1 in voting for the division.

I hadn't watched an Oilers game in a bit... this commentating is horrendous. The next time anyone complains about what we get should have to sit through a game with these guys.

They said he’s captaining the Pacific. Which is gross.

And right on cue. Quinn and Remenda are taking about Robin Lehner only having one shutout this season, then giggling like school girls. So unprofessional and wouldn't expect anything less from those two.
