No.

Formenton was drafted by Ottawa with pick they got for Lazar.

Kyrou was drafted St. Louis with the pick they got for Elliott

Drake Batherson was drafted by the Sen's own 4th round pick.

People are plebs for cheering for the National team in sports?

Mite have to shorten the bench soon. Seen the "4th" line get hemmed a few times.

I don’t know about the bench but my finger nails are getting shorter by the second.

Strong all around game but not too dynamic offensively.
That being said he has a very "pro" game - makes all the little smart plays. Rarely out of position.
I think he'll be a 3rd line NHLer with a little offensive pop. Maybe a 15-15 guy at best.

Still lots of hockey to play, but we have to win before the shooout. We don't have the skill that Sweden does in that situation.

he's really impressed me this game actually...

looks to be a very good skater and as you say, very sound in positioning...

i am a little more bullish on him, seeing him as a Backlund type player you aren't afraid of using in all situations and to check the opposition's top line.

i think his ceiling would be an ROR type of player...40-50 points

but you never know with how kids could turn out.

I’m not loving the balance of play here. Swedes look good. Need some Canadian grit and determination.
