Detroit is a much better team than I gave them credit for. I really thought they'd be in the Dahlin sweepstakes. They have a dangerous top 6.

Yay Flames win! Jagr with a goal, Janko with a goal, Bennett with a point, and Gaudreau now 3rd in scoring! Life is good!

Nice win tonight! Time to waive Bart! Rasmus has way more talent to grow.

I thanked you for my appreciation and Stryker Steve’s bold remake is amazing for so many reasons...but seeing her this time, I’m left deeply concerned Stryker’s brilliance all but guarantees I will never see her gif after a win without his image tainting what she’s become.

That said, his surprise attack being so much win probably outweighs her joy inducing exuberance and I’m willing to accept we may need to find a replacement for her if everyone agrees his image is unable to be erased.

Since being returned to the top line Ferland now has 5 goals and 7 points in eight games.

Well you're the reason for it, so I guess you get the assist on the play.

Reading the Around the League report, Detroit fans area actually pretty funny, respectful and accurate in their analysis. Seems like a good bunch they have on their forums

I love how Stryker ends his OP gif with a little ass handling.

Slowly but surely the Flames are looking better. The pace and aggressiveness of their play has steadily increased which is nice to see. The offense has picked up and now they just need to tighten the D a little more. You can see it coming.

I liked the lines a lot more tonight. For all of his faults Lazar plays a faster, heavier game than Stajan and the 4th line needs that. I thought they were good outside of a couple of mistakes. I would love to Hathaway up instead of Versteeg and I would be happy with the lines.

Kulak continues to impress. Kid has confidence and I love his patience and calm even under pressure in his own zone. That pass out after being hemmed in for most of the shift was a thing of beauty. Most would have slammed it off of the boards. Without a doubt Andersson deserves to be up on this club. He did not look out of place one bit and smart plays all over the ice. Buh bye Bartowski.

Top line clicking and looking dangerous almost every time they are on the ice. I also think they are playing better defensively.

Almost thinking about having another kid just so I can name him Matthew. Bloody hell he is a good hockey player. Hardly ever makes the wrong play.

Great win. Team is looking better to me. Need to tighten up a bit more on defense but more and more the ice is tilted in Calgary's favor.

And Nice work Ass Handler!

the problem is when Hamonic comes back, someone's going to the press box and Bartkowski looks good holding down the press box. Kulak is in beast mode right now, so you can't take him out of the line-up either. Bettter off with Rasmus playing top pairing minutes in the AHL than sitting in a tuxedo.

Looking more like the power forward he should be.

Yeah weird that I don't have a problem with a post that doesn't objectify women and is meant to be funny.
