I have the same feeling everyone else seems to about being destined to win this one.

Only issue is we all seemed to have that same feeling last time we played in Anaheim too....

Speaking of irrelevant, I just watched AC's video of Ferkland vs. The Canucks from 2015.

Talk about getting me so hyped up to see Ferland playoff beast mode back in action. Can't wait to see the Ducks always looking over their shoulders and panic passing when he is on the ice.

I'm sure we've all seen it a million times but I could watch it over and over again.

Thanks as always AC!

Just earn the split. I'm stoked, but earn that split in Anaheim. You get that one win and its a whole different series, just like they did against Vancouver.

Take Game 1.

Glen sounds pretty excited about having Ferlund on his team this time.

He said on the radio he was single handedly the difference Maker in the series against the nucks....I hope Ferlund is in Beiksas nightmares....

I wonder if Engelland will have to fight 2 on 1 tonight?

God.....Nervous.

Go Flames

If The Flames can win Game 1 - it stands this whole series on its head.

A win tonight obviously breaks the curse. It will also result in the Flames playing even more confidently in the balance of the series. And a win in Game 1 opens the door to possibly a win in Game 2.....so come on boys let's do this!

I'm on this board 24/7. Long time creeper but rarely post. But to get rid of the curse i feel as i must.

Todays my birthday. Gonna go with 8-2 flames!

On top of that. I live in rocky view area. Saw 2 moose looking creatures eating off my trees yesterday. A sign? I think not.

Go flames go!

So fun to watch. I'm hoping Ferland can bring that same relentless pressure on the D tonight and for the rest of the playoffs.

Everyone checking in from around the world is amazing, truly shows the spirit of Flames fans. I am possibly in the middle of the most dangerous place of all and I am rocking my Monahan jersey and will be tuning in to cheer on the Flames at precisely 830PM MT (if I don't get robbed, stabbed or shot)

GO FLAMES GO!

Signed,

Sure seems like the team is urging him to find that again. Conroy in particular has been all over it this week.

He just has to be careful. Walk that fine line and don't get injured. Because he went "balls to the wall" in Round 1, he missed most of Round 2.

Wasn't he hurt by friendly fire in the 2nd round of 2015? Didn't David Jones get hit and then fall back into Ferland?

i love Ferland when he transforms into FERKland...

that said, i am hoping he picks his spots and isn't a bull in a china shop... him getting hurt isn't a good thing... it was Jones i believe, but i think Ferly was trying for a hit simultaneously

for the flames:

1) staying out of the penalty box (unless its on both teams) is important for us

2) falling into a grind game instead of playing with speed and pace helps the Ducks and hurts us...

more than happy to see him and tkachuk not back down, but Calgary wins this series by playing with speed and rolling four lines....
