Russians seemed to think it was 3 rounds. Swedish television as well. I guess it was correct in the end then at least.

3 rounds in the preliminary round, but 5 in the medal round games.

5 round shootout with a different player each round, if more rounds required after 5 then any player can be used again as many times as desired.
