Losing on home ice to the worst team in the league. That's about as low as it gets. First Blues game I've ever left early and I've been to some awful games.

Worst part of this game is that the Flames aren't even playing well we just look that bad

Conan O'Brian's brother coaches the Flames?

Calgary is getting away with a lot of clutches tbh

Moooooooooooooose. Thanks for your time here, but good luck enjoying life without Pietro, Shatty, and Parayko being out on the ice at all times.

Hopefully this result will help convince some people to put away the razor blades for a few days.

Great effort again tonight. Look much more organized too.

Wideman is apparently the special sauce for the PP.

Everything turned a corner in a hurry. Fewer turnovers, crisper passes, fewer defensive breakdowns, better entries and shots on the power play, stifling PK, steadier goaltending, smarter decision making.

Hopefully they can keep it rolling. A lot more optimistic about the season than 27 hours ago.

San Jose (3-3-0, 6pts) is playing Anaheim now (2-3-1, 5pts). Sadly, I think this means no matter what the outcome, I think we're guaranteed be out of a spot when that game ends.

Our record with the win is 3-4-1, 7pts.

More back to back road games, seems to suit this team.

what makes me really optimistic is unlike last year our depth is amazing. We had a couple solid games with gaudreau and monahan not being at their best and brodie not producing offensivly. When those 3 wake up hopefully our depth stays good than watch out.

Only goal against from an unjustified 5 on 3. Not many other chances from the Blues. I'll take that every night.

Darren Haynes @DarrenWHaynes
Starting back-to-back games for 17th time in career (first time since Apr. 19, 2013), Brian Elliott improves to 13-4-0, 1.78 GAA, .939 SV%.

Hell of a lot better than it was 2 days ago...its more about the quality of the play though. The team out there tonight will be tough to beat
