Positives:

Johnny looked better this game. Skated around Hutton like a pylon but just missed top cheese.

Giordano looked fantastic.

Thought Johnson was very solid and deserved the win.

Negatives:

Really think Monahan is fighting it badly. He looks slow and weak.

0-2-1

Hey it's a point. Now we have to play Buffalo, which is something.

pretty solid road game...much of the frustration on this game has more to do with the previous games IMO.

Randolf had Hughson levels of cheerleading that game. So annoying, but especially brutal on the shootout winner.

"GIVE EM SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT!!! AHHH SCOOOORRRESSSSSSSSSS CANUCKS WIN!!!!!!".

It's not a local broadcast there, dumbass.

Worst Flame tonight was Monahan. Zero compete level and had his head up his butt the whole night including the game tying goal. Honourable mentions to Brodie.

Best Flame was Backlund by far. Honourable mentions to Gio.

Baby steps. Defensively they were much better tonight, and Johnson was terrific. Now if we can just get our pathetically inept offence going, this might be a pretty decent team.

Backlund's line was awesome again.

First line continues to be a non-factor, and that better change quick, or this team will be done before November. Start earning your money, boys.
